visit with the Joneses

We had a few errands to run in Portland on Saturday, and we stopped by to visit with the Jones family in their new house / neighborhood. It was a beautiful day in Portland, as it was a full day of sunshine. Rare for us Oregonians this year....... When we arrived, the kids were already outside playing, and Beck couldn't resist the tractor. We thought Grandpa Curt would enjoy these pictures.

Spring is here !

Beck had his first real birthday party yesterday, during which he got to chase girls and eat a cupcake. We're finally having sunshine again, which is wonderful. It's been a very long winter here, and we're all finally enjoying being outside.

Sweeper

A few quick pictures of Beck as he currently is. Here's a picture of him dancing to his new, favorite dancing plant. You can't tell by the picture, but he's really shaking it.(below) Here's the picture after Dad started dancing. Beck thought I should stop.
And, Beck's newest hobby is sweeping out the piles that Dad sweeps up. Just when I've finished a room, and have a tidy little pile, Beck comes with his Jr. broom and "sweeps his own way." Although this picture doesn't show it, he's quite fond of sweeping.

The Easter Bunny !

On a rainy, rainy Saturday, the day before Easter, Beck met the Easter Bunny for the first time. After a bout of crying, we managed to get him close enough for a photo. He still didn't enjoy the easter bunny, but next year should certainly be better.
